This 8-week Mental Fitness Training Program is a structured, progressive program designed to build focus, manage stress, and strengthen emotional resilience. Each week introduces practical mental training skills that build upon the last—helping participants develop consistency, clarity, and calm they can apply to daily life, work, and physical training.

March 23: Coming Home to the Present
Practice: Stretch, Breath & Movement
March 30: Recognizing Aversion
Practice: Sounds, Thoughts & Walking
April 13: Allowing Things to BE
Practice: Exploring Difficulty
April 20: Seeing Thoughts as Thoughts
Practice: Befriending & Love and Kindness
April 27: Kindness in Action
Practice: Extended Breathing
May 4: What Now?

Mental Fitness Training is an opportunity to invest in a skill set that supports long-term well-being, performance, and balance. With consistent practice and guided support, participants leave with practical tools they can continue using long after the program ends.
