While this course doesn't address every part of that story, what it does offer is a return to knowledge, awareness, and the instinctive practice of breastfeeding.Breastfeeding is an art that has always been timeless. It is one of the most beautiful expressions of the human body and all of the remarkable wisdom it holds. That is what this course is about.This course brings the flavor of our people while making sure you are informed, empowered, and educated about your body and your baby. Together, we'll laugh, learn, challenge myths, celebrate our history, and build confidence grounded in both science and lived experience.I hope you receive this course with the same love, intention, and care that went into creating it.
