She uses a combination of gong, frame drum, solfeggio sound bowls, and channeled singing voice during her sound baths. Becoming an open vessel for divine flow, she allows whatever needs to be sung and played for the highest good of the group to come through in a true channeling of sacred sound. All are welcome!

What to bring: a yoga mat (or a couple of large towels to lie down on), water, and if you'd like extra comfort a pillow and blanket. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the sound bath to settle into the space before we begin
