On Wednesday, March 11, we’ll host an intimate evening featuring Elvio Cogno Winery, one of Piemonte’s most respected producers.
The night's menu features tuna carpaccio, vegetable “lasagna,” duck pappardelle, and braised beef short ribs, finishing with a Basque-style cheesecake all paired with wines from Barolo, Barbaresco, and Langhe. Each course paired to showcase Cogno’s elegance and restraint.
