El Solsticio de Invierno nos invita a pausar, a mirar hacia dentro y a encontrar la luz que permanece incluso en los días más oscuros.

Esta experiencia está diseñada para ofrecerte un espacio cálido y consciente donde puedas reconectar con tu cuerpo, tu energía y la intención que deseas llevar contigo durante el invierno.

Comenzaremos con yoga suaves para sentir con el cuerpo. Luego te guiaré en una meditación acompañada de un baño de sonido sanador, permitiendo que la vibración y la respiración te lleven conectar con tu intuición. Este inicio prepara tu energía para recibir claridad, suavidad y renovación. Desde aquí pasaremos al ritual creativo: la elaboración de una pieza con ramas naturales, símbolos ancestrales de protección, vitalidad y continuidad. Con cada elemento, podrás infundir tu intención para esta temporada, transformando tu creación en un recordatorio vivo de aquello que deseas nutrir, sostener o despertar en ti.

Todos los materiales están incluidos, pero si deseas agregar detalles personales —como cintas o pequeños adornos— eres bienvenida a traerlos.

The Winter Solstice invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the light that continues to live within us, even during the darkest months.

This experience is designed to offer a warm, intentional space where you can come home to your body, your breath, and the energy you want to carry into the winter season.

We’ll begin with grounding yoga to soften the body. From there, you’ll be guided into a sound bath and meditation that encourages deep relaxation, emotional release, and clarity. This opening sequence helps you settle into the present moment and prepares your inner landscape for reflection and renewal. With your intention already awakened, we’ll move into the creative ritual: crafting a decorative piece using evergreen branches—symbols of vitality, protection, and life that endures through the dark. As you shape your piece, you’ll be invited to infuse it with meaning, allowing it to become a personal reminder of what you wish to nurture or welcome this winter.

All materials are included, and you’re welcome to bring ribbons or thread to personalize your item.
