Using a guided breathing pattern, participants are supported in moving out of the mind and into the body — allowing the breath to gently unwind tension and bring the system back into balance.

Each class is trauma-aware, heart-centered, and guided with deep care. You’ll be in a safe, supportive environment where nothing is forced and everything is invited.
