Guests will enjoy breakfast and networking with one another, and a moderated panel will explore all sides of the issue.

For the Sept. 30 event, renowned local news anchor Jerry Anderson will moderate discussion among six panelists from a spectrum of perspectives on data centers, including:

Jeffrey M. Stopar, an attorney who practices in the areas of zoning, land use, local government law, real estate and related litigation and who advises cities, villages and townships on zoning and land use matters.

Mark Frye, president of Palmer Energy, a consulting service that advises clients on energy procurement and utilization across industrial, commercial, educational, governmental, aggregation, and institutional sectors.

Victoria Henning, partner and executive vice president of Rural Strategies Group, with experience as Economic Development Program Manager at QTS Data Centers.

LeShawn Shaw, an entrepreneur and educator with Actual Reality Technologies and EmpoweredAI who helps  businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community members understand how to use AI.

Amanda Miller Bartlome, community engagement manager at Meta, with partnership and investment management across Ohio including the New Albany Data Center and Meta’s AI-optimized data center facility in Northwest Ohio.

Mike Tyson, president of Tyson's Inc., serving with Bowling Green Citizens for Smart Growth, Toledo-Lucas County Health Department, Ohio Division of Natural Resources, Monclova Township Ohio Comprehensive Land Use Review, and TMACOG Growth Strategies.

Eggs & Issues tickets are $50 per person. Sponsorships are available for $1,000 and include signage promotion at the event and on the Toledo Free Press website. Both can be purchased online at: https://toledofreepress.com/eggs-issues/

Proceeds of the event benefit Toledo Free Press, a nonprofit media company publishing free online content in its Toledo and Anthony Wayne area editions.
