Even though these spaces preach community and connection, no one actually takes the time to facilitate it.Here’s what I believe - based on my own experiences:Most people aren’t bad at socialising, they’re just really uncomfortableWhen you feel safe in your body, connection feels easyA lot of us are craving connection, but not many of us want to admit it out loudBeing put in a room of people doesn’t = connection…😅Lots of spaces say they offer connection, but not many actually facilitate itWhy this is different:Connection is a core pillar in my events. In the first 15 minutes you’re brought into connection with one another so your nervous system can breathe, and you can go deeper into the space.Women come alone and leave having actually connected to each other. Laughing, hugging, sharing little ‘omg same’ moments - and weeks later I still see them still connecting online, which honestly makes me SO happy!!You see deep healing happens when we feel seen and safe with each other. Not by forcing a circle, not by having small talk…but by actually connecting.If you’ve felt nervous coming on your own, get the absolute fear like I did (& still do at most events) but desperately want community and to feel connected…Come and join us.
