She is a co-founder of the Center for Wellness.Always a student Lisa studied Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga with some of the best teachers in the world including David Swenson and Shelley Washington, Tim Miller, Dharma Mittra, Eddie Stern, Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor, Shiva Rea, Alan Finger and Pattabhi Jois.
