Pub Carol Sing

Start your holiday season with FSSGB’s favorite Christmas tradition – the annual Pub Carol Sing! This event is back for the first time since the pandemic, and we’re in a very exciting new venue – The Substation in Roslindale! There’s plenty of free parking in the neighborhood and lots of local food options for dining out or bringing food to the event. There will be a cash bar - The Substation offers 12 draft lines of local, craft beer, signature cocktails, unique wines and a healthy selection of non-alcoholic beverages. The Roslindale Village Main Street Christmas tree lighting will be held on the same day from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in adjacent Adams Park. Mayor Michelle Wu is scheduled to help light the tree around 4:30 PM.

Come and sing Carols from the Sheffield, West Gallery, and Sacred Harp traditions (as well as some standard favorites), led by Bruce Randall of The West Gallery Quire.

Suitable for all voices and melodic instruments. Music will be available and there will be several run throughs of some songs, so sight-reading is not necessary to join in the fun.
