Living Yolates w. Annie Grim Balsen

Living Yolates, which is a combination of meditation, yoga, pilates and dance.🧘🏼‍♀️

The combination of these elements opens up the possibility of getting down into the body and out of the head. The sessions always start with a grounding meditation, where we check in on the body, then we wake up the body with soft yoga movements and then move into the open and playful dance, followed by the strengthening and centering Pilates, and finally end together in savasana. ☘️

In this RUF special, we will be outside in hopefully nice weather, and I will guide the session in connection with the end of the spring and the coming of the summer. We will connect with the summer flame and ground us self in the calmness of the spring.

Please bring wear clothes you can move in and weather appropriate, bring water and a yoga mat if you don’t want to be directly on the ground. We will provide tea and snacks.
