The Arboretum is a sanctuary for rare and endangered plants once found in the Rosewood Scrub and has been ongoing for over 30 Years and supported by Native Plants Queensland Ipswich Branch.  More details on the Bushcare program at Ipswich.qld.gov.au/bushcare.   Council advises attendees to wear long pants, closed in shoes and bring a water bottle, snacks and gloves.
