RTAA's Treehouse Players productions provide actors, both young and old, an opportunity to be on our stage. We welcome actors from all around the theatre community to come and join the RTAA family. The Treehouse Players productions have public facing performances as well as performances for our field trip series to local schools in our community. This season's offerings for our Treehouse Players shows are all musicals! Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical, Disney & Pixar’s Finding Nemo The Musical, and Pinkalicious The Musical. On your audition form, you can mark which productions you're interested in. If you've performed in a Treehouse Players show in the past, there's no need to audition again! Simply submit your audition form to info@rosevilletheatre.org, include your availability, and let us know which shows you're interested in this season. For any homeschooled teens, this may be a great performance opportunity, as week day morning time availibility is required for the field trip performances! We are introducing something exciting for this year's Treehouse Players season! We are asking that all cast members be willing to usher at least one field trip performance during their show's run before taking the stage that morning. We’re asking for everyone to be in costume and in character while welcoming and seating our young audience members. It's a fun way to create an even more magical experience and get the students excited for the performance before the curtain rises! Audition Info: You must be 16 years or older on audition day to be eligible. Please prepare an audition song from a musical (not Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical, Disney & Pixar’s Finding Nemo The Musical, or Pinkalicious The Musical). 16 bars only, 32 if cut-time. Please bring sheet music as an accompanist will be provided for you. You will also need to fill out and bring with you the audition form. Callbacks: As part of the audition day, the team of directors and choreographers may keep some auditioners after the vocal audition for some dance, more singing and cold reads. Please dress appropriately in case you are kept for dance. Casting: Casting priority will be for which show rehearses first, and all casting decisions will be delivered via email.
