Lasso Workshop

Dive into the details of Lasso Guard! Lasso is a dynamic open guard style that uses sleeve and leg control to affect the movements of the top player, making it a powerful option for guard players to sweep and submit an opponent.

A gi will be required for this seminar. Open to all ages.

This workshop is the first event in our returning Winter Pop-Up Class Series, bringing back a season of special one-day training opportunities to help you level up your game!
