Attendance at this event is limited to CMUA members and their staff. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, voicemail, text, or fax.Cancellation requests received after September 8, 2026, 5:00 pm (Pacific) will not be eligible for a refund, but substitutions will be accepted without additional costs up until the date of the event.Registrants who do not attend the workshop and do not cancel their registration by September 8, 2026, 5:00 pm (Pacific) and in accordance with the stated policies herein, remain responsible for the full registration fee.Registrations for this event that are not properly canceled or are not eligible for refund may not be transferred to another future CMUA event.CANCELLATION REFUND POLICYAll registration cancellations are subject to a $6.75 cancellation processing fee. The fee will be deducted from the original registration purchase amount, and any applicable refund will be issued for the remaining balance.The $6.75 cancellation fee is non-refundable.SUBSTITUTIONS (Transferring a Registration)If you are unable to attend this event, substitutions from the same organizations are encouraged.To request a substitution, email Christine Chapman at cchapman@cmua.org with the original registrant's name, title, and email address and the name, title, and email address of the substitute.
