Explore touch, sound, energy and instinct
as you reawaken the knowing beyond your eyes.✨
This class is designed as a recurring program that invites you to explore beyond the limits of sight. You will be asked to wear a blindfold for extended periods of time and will be guided through a variety of tasks, exercises, games and meditations. Prepare to challenge yourself. And be ready to step outside your comfort zone!
