Did you know that Ninja is one of the the fastest growing sports and cross-training sport? Be inspired by the tv show through warped walls, salmon ladders, tilting ladders and so much more. Develop confidence, strength, endurance, balance, and friendships and gain skills in agility, power, perseverance, and resilience; attributes that athlete strive to improve. Learn the styles and techniques to develop your ninja skills with over 40 different obstacles!
