During the Summit participants learn about lifesaving programs, evidence-based solutions, building and funding innovative partnerships between systems, and centering racial equity in policies and programs. Participants come together to share information and discuss progress in the collective work of preventing and ending homelessness in Illinois.2025 Home Illinois SummitThe 2025 Home Illinois Summit will be June 9-10, 2025, in Rosemont, Illinois! Building on the success of last year’s event, which saw over 400 participants, this year’s summit will bring together a diverse group of experts, advocates, and professionals from across Illinois to explore and collaborate on new solutions for homelessness. The theme of this year’s summit reflects our collective commitment to addressing homelessness through innovative thinking, inclusive perspectives, and community-driven action.Registration: The Summit is free and open to all up to capacity. Registration will open in February. Scholarships are available to support travel expenses for people with lived expertise of homelessness or housing instability whose travel expenses are not covered by an employer.Session Proposals: Proposals for breakout sessions are open until 5 pm, February 14, 2025.
