Caregiver Meetup and Well-Being Workshop

Caregivers learn tools for self-care that strengthen brain health, reduce stress, build resilience and connect with community in a supportive environment. Each session (one in March, April, May and June) includes mindfulness practices, gentle movement, nutritious refreshments and time for questions and guided discussion.
