Participants will meet to warm up with stretching, followed by exercise with resistance bands and/or walking. All equipment is provided. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and good walking shoes/sneakers. No pre-registration, no commitments, drop in when you can.

Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am in Fir Grove Park near the Umpqua Valley Arts Center (1624 W Harvard Ave.). 
Please arrive a little early to sign in and get ready.

Cost is $2.00 each class; cash only.
