- **Event Description**: We are so excited to gather for our February Sound Bath, featuring accompaniment and assistance by Ms. Pepper G.
With February, we welcome the Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse--symbolizing passion, movement, courage, and transformation. In the midst of eclipse season, may we take a moment for calm and stillness, to awaken our inner vitality, and support energetic renewal as we shed the last of winter and are ready for the spring.

~featuring Empyrean crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, ocean drum, and frequency beat crystal sets for alpha, gamma, and theta vibrations--and accompaniment by Pepper G, who will be playing instruments from around the room and offering  aromatherapy for guests who wish to partake in our scents of the season, 100% pure therapeutic grade essential oils. We will be serving tea and tarot for patrons who wish to arrive a little early or linger a little longer. Journaling prompts available for those looking to go deeper.

Advance registration recommended. No credit cards at the door--online only. 

Cash, Venmo, CashApp happily accepted at the door with your advance registration. 

Cost: $33.00 for yoga mat, chair, or plush mat --or bring your own. Please specify if you are in need of a reclining chair.

What to bring: water bottle, journal, pen and you may want to bring your own mat, pillow or blanket, though I do have some available for RSVP'd guests. Space is limited.
