- **Event Description**: Parks & Recreation is continuing to offer older adults an opportunity to socialize while improving flexibility, balance and mobility in an indoor setting October 2nd, 2025 - May 25th, 2026. (Check our Facebook page for holiday schedules.) Participants will meet to warm up with stretching, followed by light exercise, including resistance band training, and walking. All equipment is provided. Bring water and wear comfortable clothing and good walking shoes/sneakers. No pre-registration, no commitments, drop in when you can. Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am inside the gymnasium at the Boys & Girls Club. Please park along the front of the building or in the South parking lot. Arrive a little early to sign in and get ready.
Cost is $2.00 each class; cash only.
