In addition to his clinical practice & private consultations with patients, he's a passionate & devoted educator of physicians & other healthcare professionals about the importance of nutrition in clinical practice & integrative medicine.

This presentation will be part of the Community Potluck series hosted by Food As Medicine Oregon. Feel free to attend any portion:
Community Potluck - 5:30pm
Dr. Klapper Presentation - 6:15pm
Book Signing - 7:30pm

It's time for a Community Potluck!
Community Potlucks are a great opportunity to try out a variety of healthy and delicious plant-based foods while connecting with others from around the community.

Potlucks are held at the First United Methodist Church, next to the Westside Community Garden.
🫛 Bring a plant-based dish (no meat, seafood, eggs or dairy) to share. Or you're welcome to bring a simple food, such as berries or cherry tomatoes.
🫛 Bring an ingredients list or full recipe card to display by your dish.
🫛 Bring a serving utensil, and your own personal bowl/plate and utensils.
