This unique paddling race is a benefit for Earth's Classroom (
https://www.earthsclassroom.org/ ), assisting our outdoor education programs. Earth's Classroom works hard to provide youth and adults unique outdoor learning opportunities about science and history.
For 2026, the Bourbeuse Bluebell Race will either be the traditional 18.2 mile race (Tea Access to Mill Rock Access) OR a 19.3 mile race (Mint Spring Access to Tea Access) down Missouri's most crooked river! We are accepting solo canoes, solo kayaks, solo SUPS and tandem canoes and kayaks. Again, please see the RACE RULES on the Registration Page.

Our race is unique because: we feed you wonderful homemade, delicious snacks all day, provide you an all-you-can-eat Italian dinner (with dietary needs available), provide a fun hayride, we have great humans, Virginia bluebells are everywhere (if the weather cooperates), acoustic music is played at a random location on the race route, and the beautiful, narrow, winding turns of the rural Bourbeuse is at your beck and call. AND you get some fun tidbits of education throughout the day too.
So...what are you waiting for??
