Kicking off 2019 with an energising, juicy 60-min vinyasa flow led by the lovely Kat Clayton (@katclaytonyoga). After the session, we'll wind down with a guided mindfulness meditation led by Lovesweats (@lovesweats_) founder - Steph Scott.
As always, we encourage you to stick around after class for some post-yoga chats and freshly brewed tea!

Tickets are $25 (+bf) per session. This includes a 1-hour yoga class, meditation, freshly brewed tea from The Grounds, post-yoga hangs :) and 10% off The Potting Shed food and drinks on the evening.

6:00pm: Doors open. Guests are invited to wander the gardens.
6:30pm: Yoga class begins
7:40pm - 8:00pm: Post-yoga hangs and freshly brewed tea from The Grounds.
