Join me for The Calm Before Christmas — a deeply restorative sound bath designed to soothe your nervous system, melt away tension, and bring you back into peaceful balance.

You’ll be bathed in the gentle frequencies of crystal singing bowls and chimes, to help you fully unwind and restore your energy before the festive season.
