3rd Annual Family Challenge

Stop by the Family Challenge area between 12:00 and 3:00pm to participate in the following family challenges to win the prize and Family Challenge Trophy to proudly display for the year!
RULES:
Times will be collected for each race and tallied. The team with the most points at 3:00pm will win! Awards will be handed out at 3:30 during the awards ceremony.
Points will be awarded as follows: 1st place-5 points, 2nd place-3 points, 3rd place-1 point
Each team will be comprised of 5-6 people (no more than 2 adults over age 17 and 3-4 kids under age 17.)
Each team can only compete 1 time.
If there is a tie at 3:00pm, the teams will compete in a tug-of-war challenge to break the tie. (Best 2 out of 3.)
CHALLENGES:
Each team member MUST compete in at least 1 of the following challenges:
Challenge #1: Wheelbarrow race-each team will choose 2 players. One person will be on his/her hands while the other person holds his/her feet. At the bell, race around cone and back to finish line. Time will be collected and saved.
Challenge #2: Sack races-team relay-each team will choose 4 players. First person puts both feet in sack and at the bell, jumps down and around cone and back to the start line. Pass sack to next person and continue until all 4 have crossed the finish line. Time will be collected and saved.
Challenge #3: Egg Race-each team will choose 4 players to participate. Stand 2 players at one end and 2 at the other end, in between cones. First person in line holds egg on spoon. Race to other end and transfer egg onto teammates spoon. Next person runs to other end and transfers to next person. If dropped, must stop, pick up, and place on spoon before going again. Time stops when last person on team crosses finish line. Time will be collected and saved.
If Tie-Tug of War- 2 teams against each other. Family with most points after Tug-of-War will be crowned and awarded prize and trophy at 3:30pm.
