What does it mean?...The name Santosha was given to us by my beloved teacher Shri Swan Michelle Baker, co-owner of Swan River Yoga, New Orleans.On completion of our renovations, we struggled to find a name that would embody all that we were, and all that we wanted to become so I asked my teacher. She took a couple of days to come back to us with the answer, and Santosha Yoga, France, was born. In this article by two Swan River Yoga teachers, the deeper meaning of Santosha is explored. This is published here with the kind permisson of Shri Michelle, and can be found on the at Swan River Yoga.Accomodations: This countryside cottage & wine cellar has shared accommodations & vegan/vegetartian, locally sourced organic foods served daily.All rooms are shared and are stunning!THE SALON & DINING ROOMAlso in the cave, with an archway separating the two, the salon and dining room are available to guests. The salon has fitted colourful banquettes, with easy access to electricity outlets and wifi. This is an ideal place to use your laptops. There is also a projector and screen.The dining room has a large dining table where we can easily seat 20 people, although meals are generally eaten outside, as is the French custom. Our meals are all 100% organic and vegan, using locally sourced seasonal produce.There is a guest fridge (strictly vegetarian, vegan if you can) for your convenience .Herbal teas and spring water are available throughout the day.Reservations include meal, all holistic & yoga activities, and accomodations. Prices do NOT include extra activities nor any transportation.Reservations are limited to 12 beings.
