We strive to provide an exceptional patient experience, and as such, we expect excellence from our team. We know that it is not enough to purchase quality equipment or build beautiful new facilities. Our people are the heart of our organization. No matter your role, you are a critical part of each patient’s experience.To help achieve this goal, we have created OUR HEALING MODEL. Let it serve as a guide for how to conduct yourself in your interactions with patients, visitors and other staff members. Learn it, and live up to it.Class will be held 2:00-4:00 pm in the Serenity Training Room (250 W 300 N - Roosevelt, UT). Enter the main entrance, and proceed to the Serenity Cafe on your left just past the main lobby. The training room is on the south side of the cafe.We will provide drinks and snacks.If you have any questions, please email maigen_zobell@ubh.org.
