- **Event Description**: Excited to share that the Second International Conference on Innovative Engineering Design (ICoIED 2026) will be held during 16–17 February 2026 in hybrid mode at IIT Roorkee, Uttarakhand, jointly organized by the Design Innovation Centre, NIT Uttarakhand, and IIT Roorkee.​

The conference aims to provide a global platform for researchers, industry professionals and innovators to present interdisciplinary ideas in product design, sustainable engineering, manufacturing, and emerging technologies that improve quality of life.​

Thematic areas include sustainable design and manufacturing, human‑centred design, eco‑design, advanced and additive manufacturing, AI/ML in design, and more, offering excellent opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange.​

Dates: 16–17 February 2026 (Hybrid mode) at IIT Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India.​

Organizers: Design Innovation Centre, NIT Uttarakhand (spoke) and IIT Roorkee (hub), supported by leading experts from academia and industry.​

Important deadlines: Abstract submission and registration timelines are provided in the brochure, with extended abstracts (up to 4 pages) to be submitted through the Microsoft CMT portal.​

Faculty members, researchers, industry professionals and students working in design, manufacturing and allied areas are warmly invited to submit their work and participate in ICoIED 2026.​
