This is a Hatha yoga class taught by Yasmin, a teacher and trainer with 20+ years experience and 40+ years of practice.

These classes will be a good way to prepare for and become familiar with the basic Sivananda style yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation to boost your energy, ease and calm your mind, increase your suppleness and your understanding of yoga. The classes are small, students warm and friendly. and your teacher is attentive, down-to-earth and very experienced.

If you're a beginner, an improver or more experienced, you will be encouraged to go to your own level and pace, so your practice remains beneficial, safe and just right for you.
