- **Event Description**: Are you curious about the power of sound and vibration for relaxation, balance, and wellbeing? Join me for a hands-on, immersive day of sound with Tibetan bowls. This workshop perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to explore this beautiful practice.

In a small group you will:

✨ Learn about vibrational healing and how sound affects the body, mind, and energy field.
✨ Discover different sound healing instruments and simple ways to play them.
✨ Learn about the different types of bowls, how to choose them and how to play them.
✨ Enjoy guided practice with Tibetan singing bowls and Koshi wind chimes.
✨ Develop the skills to facilitate sound baths, or simply play confidently at home for your own enjoyment.

By the end of the day, you’ll feel confident in handling a variety of instruments and even in conducting a simple session.

No prior experience is needed. Refreshments provided throughout the day, please bring a packed lunch. 

The exchange for this event is £99 which includes a manual and certificate. All instruments provided for you to practice with.
