These sessions are a gentle lunchtime space to step away from the day, slow things down, and take a moment for yourself.

We begin with a short Pause & Notice walk, a calm and relaxed way of being outside. There is no pressure, just a chance to notice what is around you, breathe, and reset.

After the walk, we come back and create something beautiful together. Our current craft is a mini blossom or rose tree, and everything is designed so you can take your time and even finish it at home if you wish.

You are very welcome to bring a packed lunch if this is your break away from your desk, and we will also have subsidised drinks available.
