- **Event Description**: Jules and I would like to invite you for an afternoon for you, to embrace some real you time and the opportunity to start a new ritual.

Jules set up Elements of Happiness in 2020 with a collection of photographs displaying her love of nature. 

She is author of two wellbeing books, a qualified Journal Coach and Photographer. 

Please join us for a guided journalling session, showing you how to set up your own journal with some prompts and tips to get you started. Jules from will display how we can capture our thoughts that can guide us to a positive lifestyle.

This event will be held in my beautiful log cabin from 2 - 4pm on Sunday 22nd February.  The investment for this lovely workshop is just £22 which includes a beautiful journal.
