This 2.5 hour workshop is designed for beginners and those looking to expand their existing crystal knowledge, offering a relaxed, welcoming space to learn, explore, and connect with like-minded people who share an interest in crystals and holistic wellbeing.

During this hands-on workshop, you’ll be introduced to crystals known for their soothing and calming properties, including:

Learn about crystals that support relaxation and stress relief, including Amethyst, Rose Quartz, and Smoky Quartz

Discover how to use crystals during meditation to enhance calm and focus

Understand how crystal energy can help with emotional release, sleep, and balance

A special part of this workshop is a Tibetan singing bowl sound meditation, where sound and vibration are combined with crystal energy to encourage a deeply restorative experience. The gentle tones of the singing bowl help slow brainwaves, guiding the body into a relaxed, meditative state while enhancing the effects of the crystals. This workshop is ideal for anyone feeling stressed, burnt out, or in need of quiet reflection, offering simple yet powerful practices to bring more calm and balance into everyday life.
