Get ready for a magical, story-filled journey through town! Tales on the Move will return on Saturday, December 20th, bringing families together for a day of walking, reading, exploring, and festive fun across multiple community locations.
Here’s what the day will look like based on our current plans:
📍 Start at the Hampshire County Public Library at 10:00 AM
Families will check in, receive their event map, and get a quick overview of how the story walk works.
🗺️ Visit Participating Locations from 10 AM – 4 PM
Several locations will host their own storytelling station, while others will set up inside the library. Children and families can visit each stop in any order on the map—each featuring stories, activities, and holiday cheer.
🍽️ Return to the Library for Lunch & Final Activities
Participants will gather back at the library to enjoy lunch and complete the final reading, crafts, and activities hosted by the remaining partners.
This event is free, family-friendly, and designed to bring the community together through literacy, creativity, and holiday spirit.
Stay tuned—more details are coming soon, including a full map, confirmed locations, and special activities!
