- **Event Description**: We are excited to invite pupils to a deliciously fun event organised by our School Council - The Great Concordia Bake Off! The competition will take place on Friday 3rd July, and we would love for all pupils to get involved. Whether you’re an experienced baker or just enjoy some friendly competition, this is your chance to show off your baking skills!

How to Enter:

To take part, please sign up via ParentPay. There is a small fee of £3 per entry, which will go towards supporting school initiatives by the school council. Please sign up by Wednesday 1st July.

Important Information:

· No nuts or nut-containing ingredients may be used in any baked goods due to allergy concerns.

· Each entry must be accompanied by a full list of ingredients.

· Judging will take place during the day, and a cash prize will be awarded to the winning entry.

· Entries will be awarded extra points based on how clearly the bake has been completed by the pupil. This is a competition for pupils only; you should supervise and support your child in their baking but let them take the lead.

· On the morning of the event, pupils should drop off their entry at the pedestrian gate by the staff carpark at 8.20am. Where a member of staff and school council representatives will be on hand to receive and label each bake.

· Due to limited refrigeration space, we kindly ask that where possible, entries avoid the use of fresh cream and other perishable toppings and instead use more shelf stable options for decoration.

· After judging, all entries will be available for purchase at the Summer Fair that afternoon so everyone can enjoy the treats! We kindly ask entries are handed in disposable packaging to accommodate this.
