In this workshop, participants will be led through a short breathing and meditation practice to help bring us into calm and presence. We will then learn all about the beautiful art of mandala making and the unique technique of using acrylic paint cones, which are inspired by traditional henna techniques. We will learn how to use the paint cones, and then go on to paint our own intentional mandalas on canvas using rhinestones to embellish them. The finished artwork will act as a reminder and a symbol that the inner calm and peace we seek are always available to us when we slow down and remember.Sabah is a henna and mandala artist, creative wellbeing workshop facilitator and transpersonal healing coach, offering people the gift of slowing down and connecting to themselves and the present moment through the intentional process of mandala painting using acrylic paint cones.
