- **Event Description**: Save the date: June 13th, 2026. There are pancake breakfasts... then there are PANCAKE breakfasts. We must be doing something right if we've been doing it for 49 years!!! Pancakes, sausage, hashbrowns, juice, and coffee. A UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter will be in attendance courtesy of The Illinois National Guard out of Kankakee, IL (weather permitting). You'll get a chance to for an up-close look at their helicopter and speak to the pilots flying it. Open to the public. Veterans eat free (register upon arrival). Bring the kids out to see some cool planes, take some pics, and talk with some pilots: Military, recreational, airlines, and instructors.  Also, if you bring a boxed toy for our toy drive, you'll receive 2 free raffle tickets for our drawings.
Spread the word, post, and share! All aircraft in attendance will receive a commemorative dash plate and all PIC's eat for free (One Per Plane). 
Possible airplane rides (nominal fee). More info coming soon.
