Come join FAITH YOGA Mondays at 6pm for a basic yoga class. 
This 60 minute class will take you through a series of laying, seated and standing poses accompanied by gentle, faith & upbeat music.  

-We will be in the main sanctuary or chapel space
-All faiths and practices welcome
-No experience necessary
-first class is FREE!
-$20, 4/$40, 10/$100 (+ 1 free session!)
Pay in person (cash, check, or Venmo)
