Sound Bath [in-studio]

Relax in a candlelit studio listening to the sounds of brass and crystal singing bowls, and more. Experience a state of meditative calmness and balance. Ease stress, tension, and anxiety and feel the deep healing benefits sounds and vibrations bring.

No yoga experience is necessary. Participants will lie in a comfortable savasana (corpse) pose. Bolsters & blankets provided. Chairs are provided for anyone unable to sit or lay on the floor.
