Pumpkin Risotto with Seared Scallops Cooking Demonstration

Join us for our Cooking Demonstration on October 2nd, from 7pm-8:30pm.
Chef Stavely is a Le Cordon Bleu certified Chef and Co-Owner of Olea Olive Oils and Wine. She will be demonstrating and serving, Pumpkin Risotto with Seared Scallops .
While watching the demonstration you will enjoy an appetizer, and with the entree you will receive a glass of wine that is paired to compliment this dish.
You will also receive a recipe card so you can recreate this amazing dish at home.
