Join us for our Holiday Chef's Table at Olea Olive Oils and Wine on December 11th from 7pm-9pm.
Our Chefs table will include a multi-course dinner consisting of an Appetizer, Entree and Dessert with a wine or cocktail pairing with each course.
Chef Stavely is a Le Cordon Bleu certified Chef and Co-Owner of Olea Olive Oils and Wine. She will be cooking in close proximity to the tables to allowing guests to interact with the her and observe the creation of each dish.
The menu for the evening will be:
Steak Tartare
Cornichons, Capers, Dijon, Quail Egg, Crostinis
Beef Wellington
Mushroom, Prosciutto, Puff Pastry, Truffle Potato Mousseline, Broccolini, Red Wine Sauce
Tableside Tiramisu
Amaretto, Espresso, Lady Fingers, Custard, Cacao
