The Cycle the Erie Welcoming Block Party is hosted by Rome Waterways and Trails Advocacy Group and the City of Rome to celebrate the Parks and Trails New York Cycle the Erie Tour with support from the Rome Chamber of Commerce - and is graciously sponsored by Worthington Steel and co-sponsored by Sentinel Media. 

Join us in welcoming over 500 cyclists and volunteers as they come into Rome and camp out on the Great Lawn of Fort Stanwix before they continue onto the tour's next stop in Canajoharie.

Live music, delicious food trucks and beverage suppliers, unique artist vendors and community groups will be set up along the 100-200 blocks of W. Dominick St. to welcome the riders - and we want YOU to come and show them how awesome Rome is! Bring your lawn chairs, your friends and family and make a whole night of it!
