- **Event Description**: This workshop is designed to empower your practice. By strengthening the core we strengthen our movements, transitions and asanas. Manipura the 3rd chakra, the chakra of personal power is stimulated, giving us strength, power and intention. We will focus on "core work" from the beginning to the end of the practice, flowing in a vinyasa sequence with detailed attention not only on the asana but also on the transitions. Exploring and discovering the art the connects different asana. We will feel strong and safe (thanks to our core work) to move and challenge ourselves through more intricate transitions. Through the workshop we will build mental strength and mindful movement trough the power of "our center" where our will resides: Moving like a wave that comes back to itself!

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Titti started practicing yoga when she was seventeen, as a therapy for her dancing injuries. She was in New York, working as a professional dancer (Martha Graham Dance Company, Elisa Monte). She quickly understood that yoga was a must to feel better with her body. Her journey with the yoga practice started then, with an eagerness to explore all the styles of yoga from Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Yin, Hatha, Hot and Bikram. Since then, she hasn't stopped practicing because she realized the power of yoga. When she returned to Italy, still dancing professionally, she completed the Sivananda Hatha yoga teacher training in the ashram in Reith, Tyrol in order to live, practice, meditate as a real yogi. As a teacher, she wanted to go back to the roots of yoga.

She likes to call her self: “Body Detective” because of her passion about healing through the honesty of the body. Her classes are full of movements, deep breathing and smiles. Her mission is to help everyone expand to the best of their possibilities... just following the flow! She brings to her classes her entire experience both as a dancer and as a yoga student. Titti still honors her love for dance as well, teaching yoga also for the internationally known dance company “No Gravity Dance Company”.

Titti is also a certified Forrest Yoga and Yin Yoga, and is a Shiatsu therapist. She is passionate about all things holistic and is grateful to all the people that everyday make her dream comes true.
