The star of the evening will be Chef Igor Macchia, One-Michelin-Star Chef of La Credenza Restaurant in San Maurizio Canavese and a leading figure in contemporary Piedmontese cuisine. His curious, internationally inspired approach brings together Piedmontese roots with influences and flavours discovered through his travels and encounters with different cultures.
