Have you ever been curious about Copper City Fitness but haven’t made it through our doors? Well, here’s your invitation! ❤️

We’re inviting our entire community to spend a Saturday morning with us! Come check out our gym, meet some of our coaches, experience a class, and help us give back to local families in need!

💪 COME EXPERIENCE CCF!

We’ll be running our regular Saturday morning schedule, including:

🔥 JenSanity 7am

💪 Two Bootcamp classes 7:45 & 8:30 

🚶‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Walk/Run Club at 9:15 AM

Never been to CCF? Come see what we’re all about! Watch a class, meet our members, ask questions, or jump right in!

And don’t forget, all newcomers are welcome to take advantage of our FREE WEEK TRIAL!

🥫 BRING A CAN & HELP US GIVE BACK!

We’re collecting canned goods and nonperishable food items for Connected Community Schools, an organization that helps support students and families throughout our community.

Our goal is to collect 1,500 items by November 22, and we’d love your help getting there!

❤️ WHY RED?

We’re encouraging everyone to wear RED as a symbol of love, compassion, and coming together to support our neighbors!

❤️ EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

Already a member? Bring a friend, neighbor, or family member!

Never worked out before? No worries! All fitness levels are welcome!

Not interested in working out? That’s perfectly fine, too! Stop by, drop off a donation, meet our crew, and see what makes CCF special!

No pressure. No commitment. Just a morning of fitness, friendship, and giving back!

❤️ Whether you come to sweat, walk, run, donate, or simply say hello, we’d love to see you!

You don’t have to work out to make a difference, and you don’t have to donate to feel welcome!
