The Brain Injury Support Group at Anam Cara is a welcoming space for survivors, caregivers, family members, and friends to come together in support, understanding, and healing. Whether you are newly navigating life after a brain injury or have been on this journey for years, you are not alone.

? When: 1st Wednesday of each month at 1:00 PM (subject to change based on group needs)

? Where: Anam Cara 4298 E 1000 North, La Porte, IN 46350

Our Goals:
? Share Experiences, Strength & Hope – Connect with others who understand the unique challenges and triumphs of brain injury recovery.
? Spend Healing Time with Horses – Experience the calming presence of our therapy herd, known to promote emotional regulation and well-being.
? Build a Supportive Community – Find encouragement and resources while developing meaningful connections.
? Explore Tools for Wellness – Engage in activities that support emotional resilience, mindfulness, and personal growth.

This group is free to attend, though donations are welcome to sustain and grow this vital resource.
