About This Event
Start your weekend with a breath of fresh air and a sense of calm. Join us for a 60-minute community yoga session designed to help you de-stress, move your body, and connect with your neighbors.

At Calmnest Community Yoga, we believe in Breathing Together and Growing Together. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or it’s your very first time on a mat, you are welcome here.

Class Journey (60 Minutes):
We have designed this session to transition you smoothly from the busy week into a restful weekend:

05 Mins: Centering & Focus – Settling into the space and arriving on your mat.
25 Mins: Asana Practice – Gentle physical movement to wake up the body.
10 Mins: Breathing Exercises – Techniques to calm the nervous system.
10 Mins: Restorative Recovery – Deeply relaxing poses to release tension.
10 Mins: Final Relaxation – A peaceful finish to leave you feeling refreshed.

What to Bring:
🧘 Your Yoga Mat (Please note: No spare mats are available, so please bring one for yourself and any children attending).
💧 Water Bottle
✨ Warm Layers – Since we have 20 minutes of restorative work and relaxation at the end, your body temperature may drop. Please bring a jersey or a small blanket to stay cozy!

Family & Kids:
We are a family-friendly space! Parents are welcome to bring their children. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, children must be supervised by their parents at all times.

Please remember to bring a mat for your child if they wish to join in.

Payment:
Wellness should be accessible. The session is $5 for anyone aged 16 and above.

Payment Method: Bank Transfer. Bank Information will be provided at the time of registration. Last registration for this Event will be Thursday of each week.
