Reconnect & Release is a trauma-informed Conscious Connected Breathwork experience designed to help you move stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and return to a steadier state within yourself.

So much of what we hold doesn’t need analysing.
It needs space.
It needs breath.

You’ll be guided into a safe, grounded environment where you remain in control at all times. There is no pressure to push for a breakthrough or force emotion — you’re invited to follow your body’s rhythm, breathing as deeply or gently as feels right for you.

Through breath, awareness, and intentional integration, this session supports:

• Emotional and physical release
• Nervous system regulation
• Reconnection with your body’s wisdom
• Letting go of held stress and tension
• A sense of clarity and inner steadiness
